Customer Comments - 2014: This was our "last" house, and it was to be our dream home. After much searching for a reputable builder, the name of Lanway Homes kept popping up. After meeting with Erik Schelbert, we knew we had found our builder. He was amazing to work with. He really listened to what we wanted, and what we didn't want. When asked, he would perhaps recommend something that we hadn't thought of, and many amenities in our home are here thanks to him!! His attention to details are exact. His work ethics and that of his whole crew and the subcontractors he uses, are still "old school"! Not a thing was done or installed that was "oh this will do" or hurriedly slapped together to keep up with a schedule. The quality and precision of everything they did is truly wonderful. We are loving our home and extremely happy with it. We would highly recommend Lanway Homes for anyone who wants to accomplish their dream home!
