Lanway General was founded and incorporated in 1976 by Jim Lanway. Our company has enjoyed a reputation as one of the area's most admired custom home builders by not only its satisfied customers, but also its peers to this day.  Erik Schelbert, current president, began working for Lanway General over 30 years ago.  Erik has done every job, completed every process, and learned every facet of custom home building from the ground up.
